ToggleWho is Sarah Young?
Sarah Young calls herself “a scaling and wealth strategist.” On her website, she offers private advisory and business coaching “for service-based CEOs who want a scalable offer and sales system that turns revenue into actual wealth.” Her tagline: “Build equity, not just income.”
Her background is in finance. Her site lists her credentials as CPA and CFP®, and her company, Young and Co, based in Charlotte, North Carolina, offers done-for-you CFO services to business owners. She says she has been in business for more than eight years.
Her story starts where many service providers get stuck. “I spent years hustling for low-ticket projects, stuck deep in delivery, wondering if there was a better way to make good money in my professional services firm,” she writes. Even after her firm hit “$80K, $90K, even $100K months” between 2023 and 2025, she says she was managing a growing team, “watching payroll eat into every strong month,” and wondering “if leaving my corporate salary had been a mistake.”
From $100K months to a sold firm
The fix, she says, was a redesign rather than more hustle. She identified what actually drove profit, let go of the clients, offers and team members “that were costing more than they created,” and rebuilt the firm “around margin, recurring revenue, and long-term client value.” The result, by her account, was a firm that ran without her daily involvement and drew a seven-figure acquisition offer in August 2025.
In an October 30, 2026 TikTok, she shared the next chapter: “I literally just sold my professional services firm last month, September 2026. And I went full time into coaching this month.” That video also announced her goal to make $1 million in 2027. “It’s going to come from my clients seeing multiple million dollars in collective growth in profit in their own businesses,” she said, with most of it coming from “profit share” clients, “where I get paid based on how much my client’s profit grows.”
Turning a business into an asset someone would buy is a theme we’ve covered before, including the digital assets that move the price when a small business is sold.

What is the Built For Millions method?
Young’s coaching follows three parts, which she calls the Built For Millions Method:
- The System: scalable offer, positioning and sales funnel. That means positioning “that makes you the obvious choice before a lead ever gets on a call,” an offer “built for volume and profit margin, not just easy yeses,” and a funnel that sells every week, “not just when you hustle for it.”
- The CEO: identity, mindset and leadership. “A scalable business needs a leader steering it, but not doing every job in it.”
- The Legacy: team, infrastructure and profit. The goal isn’t just more income but “an asset that funds your personal wealth, that you could sell, and that doesn’t need you to keep running it.”
She works with clients through an intensive called The Revenue Redesign, aimed at an offer and sales system that supports three to five times their monthly revenue, and a Private Partnership for longer-term work. She also runs a free community, also called Built For Millions, and live trainings on high-ticket sales.
“Build equity, not just income.”

What does Sarah Young teach about high-ticket buyers?
Her best-known TikToks are a series called “High ticket buyer psychology.” Each one opens the same way: “The people that are happy to pay you four and five figures for your services are actually looking for these things. And they’re probably not what you think.” A few of the lessons:
- Anchor with a range, not “starts at.” “Whatever they see first is typically what they’re going to anchor to,” she says. A low “starts at” price on a sales page can give leads sticker shock when the real quote comes in. Her fix is to state a range instead.
- Sell results, not calls. Cramming more one-on-one calls into an offer doesn’t make it feel more valuable. High-ticket buyers are busy. They want to know “are you gonna do what you said you were gonna do,” and whether you’ll be responsive when they need you.
- Sell ease. She compares it to walking into a spa and knowing “somebody else has got it handled.” High-ticket buyers, she says, pay “for the feeling of ease as much as they are paying for the end result.”
- Go deeper than AI. “If they can replace what you do in your offer in 10 minutes of AI prompts, then your offer is not going deep enough.” What AI isn’t good at, she argues, is changing human behavior and implementation.

Her client results
Young’s site shares results she says clients have reached with her system: one sold $17,000 of a new offer two and a half weeks after creating it, one raised her retainer price fivefold, one scaled from $300,000 to $1 million in 12 months “with zero reliance on social media,” and one grew from $1 million to $5 million and opened a second location. These are her reported figures and weren’t independently verified.
Her bigger target is collective. “Now my goal is to help 100 women build $1M+ in personal wealth from their businesses for a collective $100M in impact.”
